Being practical and effective is pretty much the best way to go when it comes to studying. Some hacks to make your life easier are more than welcome. Nope, it is not cheating; it is shortcuts. This is about studying effectively and getting those high grades that will earn you grandma´s meatballs.


  1. The best time to study. Try to wake up and begin studying at 4a.m - 6a.m (brain function 100%). 6a.m- 7:30a.m (brain function 50%). Night time (brain function 20%)
  2. Eating grapes improves your brain ability to process new information.
  3. You are more likely to remember something you have written in blue ink rather than being written in black ink.
  4. Tying to memorize something? Read it 10 times. Say it 10 times. Write it 2 times.
  5. Walk 20 minutes before an exam. It can improve performance.
  6. Meditation will help reduce pre-exam stress as it improves both mental and physical stress.
  7. Teach something you have learned to someone else. It will help you memories it better
